Our Terms and Privacy Policy were rewritten in plain language, with a short summary at the top, a table of contents and clear dates, and you now agree to them when you sign up.

A plain-language summary at the top (what you get, what you pay, what you own), a table of contents, and clear effective and last-updated dates. The terms cover the free plan, your wallet and refunds, who owns what you build, and fair use.
- Agreeing at sign-up. Signing up now includes agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- A heads-up when the terms change. If you already have an account, you will be asked to review the terms once before continuing, and again whenever they change.
